DIRECTOR

A former track & field athlete and stand in hand model, Nic likes long walks on the beach and suffers from a mild OCD affliction that causes him not be able to stop at one drink. A 6ft tall a 1 & 2/3ft wide Asian/Scottish half cast, he is often found behind a camera lens or causing mischief.

Nic moved to Melbourne in search of the magical lost turtle of Abu Dhabi, when it was revealed that the turtle had become incarcerated and that extradition wasn’t possible, he was forced to pursue Law & Commerce in both Australia & the UK.

After 6 years of travelling the big green and blue world a semi full time return to Australia was inevitable, the place of residence was decided after a fierce ‘eeny meany miny mo’ session, and the choice was the lovely city of Melbourne.

Nic was faced with a career crisis when he realised the only time he wanted to be involved in both fields of study was when defending himself in court, and trying to stop the repo man. So he then fell head and elbow first into Promotions, Marketing, Design & Production, burping & making stupid videos. This proved to be a wise choice.

In September 07 he was drawn towards a loud, funny ADHD afflicted, Western Australian, who was soon to become his business partner and partner in crime. His name was Bodie, I’d put his surname but it took me 12 months of Polish classes to learn how to spell and pronounce it. Bodie had recently left a large sibling, who had his own TV show. The bond between these two was unbreakable, except for the once a month office argument that usually ends in a hug and a pint of cider. These besties became Melbourne’s most unstoppable entrepreneurs. With an anything is possible attitude, don’t hesitate to contact Nic with any ideas, parties, or simply if you want to squeeze his bum or have a thumb war.

Nic also owns a Creative Agency in Melbourne called Maybe Tmrw, Nic and his young, skilled and diverse team specialise in all creative fields, from photography and videography to web and graphic design, some of which you can see speckled throughout the Secret Society brand or on his vimeo and website.
